What You Will Be Doing:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Training Specialist to join our team. The Training Specialist will be responsible for developing training materials, providing support for SharePoint, and assisting with the learning management system. The ideal candidate will have a passion for learning and development, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of training methodologies and systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver effective training materials, including presentations, manuals, and other resources.
- Provide support for SharePoint, ensuring its efficient use for document management and collaboration.
- Assist in the administration of our learning management system (LMS), including content management and course creation.
- Contribute to the development of our Education & Training SharePoint site.
- Create training materials such as participant guides, facilitator guides, and PowerPoint presentations.
- Assist in building Poka Skills and Work Instructions.
- Create Participant Guides and Facilitator Guides for Poka training.
- Migrate files from Teams to our new SharePoint site.
- Develop a course catalog in SharePoint.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in training and development, education, human resources, or a related field.
- Proven experience in developing and delivering training materials.
- Proficiency in using SharePoint for document management and collaboration.
- Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.
- Experience with Poka.
Pay: $24.28 – $34.68 /hr.
