What You Will Be Doing:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Trade Reporting Analyst to join our Trading Support team. The ideal candidate will oversee the monitoring, reconciliation, and reporting of trade activities for equity and fixed-income securities, ensuring compliance with RTRS and TRACE regulations. You will be responsible for addressing discrepancies, manual reporting, and providing actionable insights to mitigate risks and enhance reporting accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor daily trade reporting for accuracy and compliance with regulatory guidelines.
- Manually input or amend trade reports as required.
- Reconcile unsatisfactory trade reports, proposing solutions to trading and compliance teams.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve reporting issues.
- Make independent, timely decisions that comply with regulatory standards to avoid penalties.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 1+ year of experience in the financial services industry.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory reporting, equities, fixed income, and trading operations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
- High attention to detail and analytical skills for identifying and addressing discrepancies.
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting preferred (relevant experience considered).
- Familiarity with financial regulations (FINRA, MSRB, SEC) and reporting systems.
- Experience in operations, finance, or accounting within the financial services sector.
Pay: $35.23 – $50.33 /yr.
