Technology Partners is currently seeking a talented Technical Recruiter. Do you have experience in full-cycle IT recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation, preferably using iCIMS and/or Fieldglass ATS?

What You Will Be Doing:

We are looking for a dedicated Technical Recruiter to understand and address the staffing needs within our IT Organization. You will be crucial in transforming these needs into engaging job postings, executing recruitment plans, and managing the full recruitment life cycle from job posting to onboarding. Your goal will be to ensure a first-class candidate experience through effective sourcing, screening, and interviewing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute recruitment plans to meet staffing needs.
  • Manage the full recruitment life cycle, including job postings, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates for various IT roles across application development, networking, operations, engineering, security, and IT support.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to create compelling job descriptions and requirements.
  • Build and maintain candidate pipelines using various sourcing techniques including online resources and social networking.
  • Negotiate job offers and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
  • Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), preferably iCIMS or Fieldglass.
  • Foster a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 3+ years of full-cycle IT recruiting experience.
  • 1+ year of experience in leveraging sourcing expertise through various channels (online resources, referrals, networking).
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably iCIMS and Fieldglass.
  • Proven success in a high-volume recruiting environment.
  • Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and diplomatic.
  • Commitment to teamwork and collaboration while being able to work autonomously.
  • Strong user knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, Office 365).
  • Commitment to confidentiality and security in all job responsibilities.

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree (preferred).
  • Diverse recruiting experience across various roles and environments (entry-level, leadership, contractor, etc.).
  • Expertise in nationwide recruiting practices for remote employees.
  • Experience with vendor management or enterprise account management.

Pay: $33.60 – $48.00 /yr.
