What You Will Be Doing:
- Bridge communication between business stakeholders and IT teams to ensure technology solutions align with business goals
- Gather, analyze, and document comprehensive business requirements for effective solution development
- Facilitate requirements discussions and obtain stakeholder sign-offs with minimal supervision
- Manage requirements and definition of the overall platform, maintaining focus on technical requirements for optimal user experience
- Drive issue analysis and resolution while working collaboratively across multiple platform teams
Required Skills & Experience:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Self-motivated individual with the ability to dig deep to uncover facts without relying on assumptions
- Assertive personality capable of pushing and facilitating requirements discussions independently
- Strong ability to manage requirements and platform definitions with a focus on technical user requirements
- Technical knowledge, including system behavior understanding, interaction and dependencies, and data knowledge
- Experience working in global virtual teams across multiple time zones
- Proven ability to work under minimal supervision and deliver on time
- Strong team player with flexibility and high adaptability
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Basic Financial Services knowledge
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Previous experience working with ScrumMasters, Product Owners, and Project Managers
- Background in SDLC process management and execution
- Mentoring and peer education experience
- Experience in business process improvement through information systems
Pay: $38.54 – $55.06 /hr.
