What You Will Be Doing:
The Strategic Partner Manager (SPM) is responsible for building, managing, and enhancing strategic partnerships with industry leaders such as Microsoft, AWS, and Databricks. This role focuses on driving revenue growth, co-selling opportunities, and fostering collaborative innovation. The SPM will manage OKRs, KPIs, and operational excellence in alignment with company goals and partner objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner Relationship Management:
  • Develop and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with key technology partners.
  • Identify and pursue co-selling opportunities, aligning partner capabilities with client needs.
  • Ensure compliance with all partner contracts and financial agreements.
  • Business Planning:
  • Collaborate with partners to develop and execute joint business plans that achieve mutual goals and drive revenue growth.
  • Align partnership objectives with overall company strategy.
  • Customer Engagement:
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and identify opportunities for leveraging partner solutions.
  • Foster customer advocacy through testimonials and case studies.
  • Performance Monitoring:
  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure partnership success.
  • Prepare regular reports and provide insights to senior leadership.
  • Collaboration & Integration:
  • Advocate for partners within the organization, promoting the value of partnerships across departments.
  • Facilitate smooth integration of partner technologies and solutions.
  • Partner Enablement:
  • Provide partners with the necessary resources and training to promote and sell joint solutions effectively.
  • Lead training sessions, webinars, and joint marketing activities.
  • Event Management:
  • Represent the company and its partners at industry events.

    Required Skills & Experience:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
    • 5+ years of experience in business development, channel sales, or partner management within the technology industry.
    • Proven track record of building and maintaining successful strategic partnerships.
    • Strong understanding of the technology landscape and emerging trends.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

    Desired Skills & Experience:

    • Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
    • Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools.
    • Experience in the [mention specific industry or domain, if applicable].
    • Knowledge of contract law and legal agreements.

    Pay: $105,000 – $150,000 /yr.
