What You Will Be Doing:
We are seeking a Senior Internal Communications Specialist for a 3-month project to develop and execute effective communication strategies. This role involves crafting content, supporting communication plans, and collaborating with business unit leadership to align messaging with organizational goals. You will manage both short-term and long-term initiatives, identifying challenges and proposing solutions proactively to ensure seamless communication delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement communication plans with guidance from leadership.
- Break down complex strategies into actionable milestones.
- Collaborate with peers and leadership to align communications with business goals.
- Anticipate and address potential challenges in communication execution.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree (minimum).
- Expertise in corporate communications, change management, and internal communications.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to work across networks and confidently present ideas to leadership.
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Experience with remote collaboration tools and flexible scheduling.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
Pay: $46.44 – $66.34 /yr.
