What You Will Be Doing:

We are seeking an experienced Senior DevSecOps Engineer to join our dynamic team. If you are passionate about cloud infrastructure, automation, and continuous improvement, this role is perfect for you! You will play a key role in managing our cloud infrastructure and enhancing our development processes.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage the cloud infrastructure on Amazon Web Services (AWS), including identity and access management, network architecture, application security, logging, monitoring, and deployment.

Collaborate with software architects and developers to configure and deploy new infrastructure and application hosting requests.

Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to enhance the infrastructure delivery process.
-
Continuously optimize cloud infrastructure efficiency through automation to enhance productivity and reliability for software development teams.

Maintain integrated and hosted development-based applications, providing recommendations and implementing improvements while ensuring best practices are followed.

Stay up to date with AWS services and cloud industry trends.

Utilize industry-standard tools and best practices to automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and management.

Monitor system performance and reliability, making improvements and optimizations where necessary.

Collaborate with development and operations teammates to efficiently troubleshoot issues across the entire stack.

Offer technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members.

Keep stakeholders informed through effective communication.
-
Develop and maintain security and process best practice documentation following standards.

Qualify build pipelines and development tool installations.
Required Skills & Experience:
-
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or a related field.
-
4+ years of relevant experience, with a focus on AWS.
-
Prior experience in medical devices or compatible software, including knowledge of quality regulations.
-
Proficient in Terraform, Ansible, AWS, and AutoIT.
-
Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools, including Jenkins, and development platforms such as GitHub and JFrog Artifactory.

Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and serverless architecture.

Strong knowledge of C#, C++, PowerShell, YAML, Python, and Batch languages.

Familiarity with monitoring tools (e.g., CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana).

Strong understanding of Agile software development methodologies (e.g., SCRUM).
-
Strong accountability and problem-solving skills.
-
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Desired Skills & Experience:
-
Certifications or demonstration of deep knowledge of cloud computing concepts and experience with multiple major cloud providers (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).

Prior experience with Windows and Linux operating systems.
Pay: $54.60 – $78 /yr.
