What You Will Be Doing:
As a Senior Change Lead, you will play a critical role in driving successful business transformations by leading the development and execution of comprehensive change management strategies. You will work closely with project teams, stakeholders, and end-users to ensure the smooth adoption of new processes, systems, and technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies to support program adoption and success.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design, deliver, and assess training programs that align with transformation objectives and ensure teams are equipped to navigate and embrace change effectively.
- Write, manage, and support communication efforts for a variety of change initiatives, including developing key messages, communication materials, and ensuring timely delivery to the right audience.
- Identify and address potential risks, points of resistance, and gaps in change adoption plans, developing and implementing corrective action plans.
- Work closely with project managers and deployment leads to ensure change activities are well-harmonized and aligned with department strategies.
- Develop, maintain, and report on an overall integrated delivery/adoption plan related to critical change initiatives.
- Identify and evangelize the benefits of change to stakeholders across the organization.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance change management processes and methodologies.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in leading and executing change management initiatives within a complex organization.
- Strong understanding of change management methodologies and best practices (e.g., ADKAR, Prosci).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex information to diverse audiences.
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Experience in the Finance or related industry.
- Experience with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
- Experience with learning management systems (LMS).
- Experience with data analysis and reporting.
- Experience with Agile or other iterative project methodologies.
Pay: $64.54 – $92.20 /yr.
