What You Will Be Doing:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Software Engineer III to join our team. In this role, you will leverage your specialized expertise to independently solve complex problems and lead others in developing robust system designs. You will analyze business challenges, design innovative solutions, and implement them with a holistic, system-wide perspective. This position involves leading the development and enhancement of enterprise-wide client applications, ensuring they meet stakeholder needs and adhere to best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Independently solve complex problems and lead others in finding solutions.
- Design and develop solutions with a holistic view of multiple systems.
- Analyze business problems to create plans, design solutions, and implement them.
- Implement and test complex code changes for specific requirements or applications.
- Provide input into technological processes, standards, and methodologies.
- Demonstrate strong understanding of stakeholder use-cases and personas.
- Lead the development and enhancement of enterprise-wide client applications.
- Utilize Agile software development practices.
- Review options to identify the best solution and provide detailed designs.
- Lead the development and execution of implementation plans.
- Design, develop, document, and support integration solutions using relevant technologies and best practices.
- Automate builds and deployments using appropriate technologies.
- Contribute to referential documentation of technical design solutions.
- Utilize advanced knowledge of PowerBI reports, Database Management (Dataverse), Middleware, and Power Platform Configuration Management.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, mathematics, computer science, or business.
- 7+ years of relevant experience.
- Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate.
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Experience with cloud-based development and deployment.
- Strong understanding of software architecture patterns.
- Experience with automated testing frameworks.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with other database systems.
- Experience with other middleware technologies
Pay: $49.00 – $70.00 / hr.
