What You Will Be Doing:
We are seeking a Senior Test Engineer to support the Sales and Marketing Solutions team with testing and quality assurance for the MS Dynamics365 CRM application, BOSS365. This role requires a highly skilled professional with expertise in QA methodologies, automation tools, and CRM workflows. You will design, execute, and maintain manual and automated test plans while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and maintain automated and manual test plans for MS Dynamics365 CRM.
- Document, track, and perform regression testing for software defects.
- Define and monitor QA metrics to measure testing effectiveness.
- Conduct thorough testing for web services, APIs, and CRM workflows.
- Communicate test results, impacts of defects, and solutions to stakeholders.
- Stay updated on emerging tools and technologies in CRM testing.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
- 3+ years of experience in software testing and quality assurance.
- Expertise with testing tools such as EasyRepro, Selenium, and Cucumber.
- Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, test plan creation, and defect management.
- Experience testing web services, APIs, and SQL-based scripting.
- Proficient in communicating test results and defect impacts to stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a proactive attitude.
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365, Salesforce, SAP CRM).
- Knowledge of CRM workflows, configurations, and environment management.
- Certifications: ISTQB, Selenium, or Dynamics 365 Fundamentals.
- Experience with performance tuning and security testing of CRM applications.
- Familiarity with Agile testing procedures and frameworks.
Pay: $38.50 – $55.00 /yr.
