What You Will Be Doing:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer to join our development team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in C# and .NET Core, with a strong focus on backend development and a solid understanding of front-end technologies. This role involves leading small development teams, implementing APIs, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Expertly implement and maintain C# / .NET Core applications.
- Design and evolve database structures to meet business requirements.
- Implement business rules and logic within applications.
- Utilize Docker and containerization techniques for application deployment.
- Lead continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes.
- Develop automated unit testing strategies for robust application delivery.
- Manage application delivery pipelines to ensure smooth deployments.
- Collaborate with teams using Azure DevOps (preferred) or other CI/CD tools.
- Develop and maintain proficient React applications.
- Provide leadership in small development teams, promoting best practices.
- Participate in pair programming and conduct PR reviews.
- Set standards and lead by example to foster a collaborative team environment.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Expert proficiency in C# and .NET Core.
- Extensive experience in API implementation and development.
- Proven ability to design and evolve database schemas.
- Strong understanding of business rule implementation.
- Expertise in Docker and containerization technologies.
- Deep understanding of CI/CD principles and practices.
- Proficiency in automated unit testing.
- Experience with application delivery pipelines.
- Proficiency in cloud platforms (Azure DevOps or similar).
- Proficiency in Terraform/IaC.
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Proficient in React.
- Understanding of front-end development principles.
- Experience with GCP or other cloud platforms.
- Experience leading small development teams.
- Experience in pair programming and code reviews.
- Experience in standards setting.
Pay: $70.00 – $100.00 /hr.
