What You Will Be Doing:

The Senior Service Support Specialist will assist with the development and growth of the business by engaging and utilizing the full capabilities of the organization. This role involves providing thorough solutions and alternatives in response to incoming telephone calls and written correspondence from clients, financial advisors, branch office administrators, and internal associates. The goal is to deliver accurate, complete, and timely service while making it easy for branches and clients to conduct business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand firm policies, procedures, and capabilities to deliver comprehensive service to clients.
  • Work independently while demonstrating resourcefulness within a team environment.
  • Utilize sound judgment, decision-making, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Exhibit strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Maintain high levels of organization, attention to detail, and adaptability to change.
  • Demonstrate dependability and punctuality.
  • Multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Provide strong service skills, showing patience, empathy, and calmness.
  • Possess strong technical skills in Microsoft Office, web-based programs, and Service Centers.
  • Engage in conversations with clients over the phone, fostering positive dialogue.
  • Partner with financial advisors to develop business plans and deliver client service models.
  • Support the marketing strategy by maintaining marketing materials and planning client events and seminars.
  • Actively participate in training and education programs to stay current on policies, procedures, and new platforms.
  • Perform administrative duties supporting financial advisors, including telephone coverage, travel arrangements, meeting coordination, expense reporting, and calendar maintenance.
  • Participate proactively in firm initiatives directed by local management.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • High school education required; college degree beneficial.
  • Proficient typing skills.
  • Prior customer service experience.
  • Experience in the finance service industry.
  • Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office products.
  • Exceptional writing, interpersonal, and client service skills.

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Experience in conflict resolution and decision-making.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing and social media platforms.
  • Ability to engage effectively with clients and colleagues.

Pay: $26.43 – $37.75 /hr.
