What You Will Be Doing:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to drive the development and execution of complex marketing campaigns for a creative agency team. The role focuses on managing event and financial planning materials from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to brand guidelines, and successful stakeholder engagement. Ideal candidates will have demonstrated success in cross-functional collaboration, complex problem-solving, and project management within corporate marketing or creative agency settings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee end-to-end project lifecycle for highly complex campaigns, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans and lead cross-functional teams, managing timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Proactively identify and address project risks, communicating effectively with stakeholders and driving efficient solutions.
  • Utilize project management tools, such as Workfront, to streamline workflows and optimize resource planning.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Ensure all legal, compliance, and branding approvals are secured, adhering to record retention protocols.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 5+ years of project management experience in a corporate marketing or agency environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools, such as Workfront.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • PMP certification or similar.
  • Experience in financial services or other regulated industries.
  • Knowledge of creative production processes.

Pay: $51.10 – $73.00 /hr.
