Technology Partners is currently seeking a talented Senior Organizational Performance Specialist.

What You Will Be Doing:
As a Senior Organizational Performance Specialist, you will provide strategic and consultative support to enhance the effectiveness of the IT organization. You will focus on improving leadership and team performance, strengthening talent depth, and aligning technical skills with evolving business needs. Working in a hybrid capacity from St. Louis, you will collaborate with executive leaders to diagnose talent challenges and implement data-driven solutions that ensure the organization is structured for long-term success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess organizational structures, roles, and workforce capabilities to ensure alignment with strategic business goals
  • Partner with IT leaders to diagnose talent and organizational challenges and recommend data-driven solutions
  • Support workforce planning initiatives including role clarity, spans of control, succession readiness, and change management
  • Coach leaders on performance differentiation, talent decisions, and leadership effectiveness
  • Facilitate talent review and succession planning processes to identify high-potential employees and capability gaps
  • Synthesize talent data and insights to evaluate organizational health and bench strength
  • Build and sustain internal talent pipelines for critical roles
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, and HR to align talent strategies across the employee lifecycle
  • Lead performance calibration processes to ensure fairness, consistency, and alignment with organizational standards
  • Leverage workforce analytics to generate actionable insights and inform decision-making
  • Drive continuous improvement of talent and performance processes for scalability and impact
  • Stay current with industry best practices and apply insights to enhance organizational effectiveness

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 3+ years of experience in talent management, organizational development, or strategic HR roles
  • Experience conducting talent reviews, succession planning, and managing talent pipelines
  • Strong understanding of IT organizations and experience supporting technology teams
  • Proven ability to consult and influence leaders at all levels (front-line through executive)
  • Experience supporting organizational change and design initiatives
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to interpret workforce data
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills across diverse audiences
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Strong relationship-building skills with a track record of driving positive organizational impact
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
  • Must reside in St. Louis, Missouri or surrounding area and work within Central Time Zone hours
  • Commitment to incorporating security into all decisions and daily responsibilities

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Organizational Development, or related field
  • 7+ years of relevant experience in organizational performance, talent strategy, or HR consulting
  • Experience working within global organizations
  • Background in internal talent mobility and career development programs
  • Advanced experience in workforce analytics and organizational diagnostics
  • Familiarity with modern HR technologies and talent management systems

Pay:  $84,000/yr – $120,000 /yr.
