What You Will Be Doing:
We are seeking a Senior Marketing Technology Analyst to provide technical expertise in marketing technologies, focusing on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and related tools. This role will ensure the effective use of technology to meet business needs, with responsibilities spanning from requirements gathering to system validation and process optimization. The ideal candidate will understand marketing concepts, workflow automation, and data integration while ensuring security compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead analysis of marketing processes, workflow automation, and system integrations.
- Manage technical aspects of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, including D365 for Marketing and Customer Insights.
- Conduct a regression and release testing, troubleshoot system issues, and ensure data security compliance.
- Create and document complex business processes, system designs, and user requirements.
- Partner with development teams to deliver solutions that meet business objectives.
- Validate software releases for production readiness and provide end-user documentation.
- Evaluate process improvements and define key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Facilitate team meetings, and daily standups, and provide project updates.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align technology solutions with business strategies.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
- Reside in the U.S. (excluding Alaska and Hawaii).
- 4+ years of technical analysis experience (workflow automation, reporting, data diagrams).
- 2+ years' experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
- 1+ year of experience with D365 for Marketing and Customer Insights.
- Experience with data security standards, large-scale data integration initiatives, and troubleshooting system issues.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to adhere to timelines.
- Expertise in root cause analysis and process improvement opportunities.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related field.
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps).
- Proficiency in JIRA/Confluence or other project tracking systems.
- Agile methodology experience.
- Professional background as a Software Analyst, Business Analyst, or Scrum Master.
- Advanced knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
Pay: $52.50 – $75.00 /hr.
