What You Will Be Doing:
As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will serve as a strategic finance leader responsible for driving high-level financial planning, forecasting, pricing analysis, profitability reporting, and operational decision support. This role partners closely with executive leadership, FP&A teams, and business stakeholders to deliver actionable financial insights, optimize reporting processes, improve pricing governance, and support enterprise-wide strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate combines deep analytical expertise, financial modeling strength, and strong communication skills to influence key business decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead analysis of financial performance across functions, business segments, products, and channels to identify key drivers, risks, and opportunities.
- Manage the Rate Card Update Process, including loading new cards, modifying existing loads, and managing mass market updates.
- Own the structure and evolution of core FP&A reporting packages, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and scalability through automation.
- Conduct complex data analysis by sourcing and compiling data to convey patterns and areas for improvement.
- Provide advanced operational support to management and key groups through financial expertise and process updates across systems.
- Manage variance analysis versus plan, forecast, and prior periods, developing clear explanations for senior stakeholders.
- Analyze rate card and special quote pricing requests utilizing specialized pricing tools.
- Prepare executive-level presentations, dashboards, and materials for business reviews and planning discussions.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, Economics, or related field with 6+ years of progressive finance or analytics experience.
- OR High School Diploma/GED with 10+ years of advanced finance or analytics experience.
- Extensive expertise in FP&A, financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and profitability analysis.
- Advanced experience with pricing strategies, rate card management, and financial controls.
- Strong project management, organizational, and time management capabilities.
- Proven ability to explain complex financial concepts to broad cross-functional audiences.
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
- Experience producing executive-level reports, dashboards, and decision-support tools.
- Strong data analysis capabilities, including data sourcing, compilation, and interpretation.
- Demonstrated process improvement and reporting automation experience.
- High proficiency in Excel, financial systems, ERP platforms, and reporting tools.
Desired Skills & Experience:
- MBA, CPA, CFA, or advanced finance/business certification.
- Experience supporting large enterprise finance functions.
- Advanced knowledge of pricing governance and vendor financial structures.
- Familiarity with business intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
- Experience leading enterprise-wide strategic financial initiatives.
- Knowledge of operational finance controls and compliance frameworks.
- Strong change management and process transformation background.
- Ability to lead and mentor finance or analytics teams.
Pay: $49.09 – $70.13 /hr.
