Technology Partners is currently seeking a talented Senior Change Consultant.

What You Will Be Doing:
- Support enterprise-level change initiatives focused on transforming AI and data technology capabilities.
- Execute change management deliverables across multiple portfolio-level data technology and AI projects
- Work closely with project managers and deployment leads to ensure change activities are well harmonized
- Support evaluation of project change impacts and organizational readiness through impact assessments and stakeholder analyses
- Execute communication strategies, learning/training programs, and stakeholder engagement plans
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute deliverables included in Change Management Plans (communication, learning/training, sponsorship/influencer approach, stakeholder engagement, and measurement/sustainment)
- Support plan maintenance and ensure tasks are updated as needed
- Identify potential risks, points of resistance, gaps, and develop corrective action plans
- Work on multiple change projects simultaneously, adapting to evolving priorities and requirements
- Ensure messages are delivered to the right audience at the right time using appropriate communication channels
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and identify optimization opportunities
Required Skills & Experience:
- 2+ years of change management experience with a proven track record
- Experience delivering end-to-end change management across enterprise environments
- Strong understanding of and experience in all phases of the change management process
- Proven experience developing and executing change management deliverables, including stakeholder analysis, change impact assessment, case for change, key messages, stakeholder communications, and change measurement approaches
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with attention to detail
- Strong strategic and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of large-scale execution projects
- Nimble, driven personality with the ability to pivot when work changes and comfortable with unknowns
- Experience supporting technology rollouts and implementations
Desired Skills & Experience:
- ACMP's Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP™) certification or working toward certification
- Proficiency with multiple change management tools and methodologies (ACMP Standard, Prosci ADKAR, Kotter, Lewin)
- Strong project management background (PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred)
- Visual design or graphic design experience (highly desirable)
- Experience with AI and data technology implementations
- Background in financial services or advisory environments
- Experience creating 30/60/90 day implementation plans
- Ability to build training materials and support documentation
Pay: $36.18 – $51.68 /hr.
