What You Will Be Doing:
We are seeking a skilled Senior Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and IT teams. The role requires gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements to develop efficient solutions that align with organizational goals. The ideal candidate is a structured and proactive professional capable of facilitating discussions, driving issue resolution, and mentoring team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams.
- Document and analyze functional and data requirements.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement through technology.
- Conduct walkthroughs with business units and technical teams for alignment.
- Provide technical assistance and mentorship to team members.
- Manage requirements across the SDLC, ensuring successful platform navigation for end users.
- Collaborate with global virtual teams, working across time zones.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven expertise in business requirement analysis.
- Strong knowledge of financial services, data management, and databases.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Technical understanding of system behavior, dependencies, and data.
- Hands-on experience with SQL and database modeling.
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Proficiency in Tableau, Power BI, and data modeling.
- Knowledge of data governance and business intelligence tools.
- Familiarity with SDLC processes and business documentation.
- Experience mentoring peers and driving issue resolution.
Pay: $71.07 – $101.53 /yr.
