What You Will Be Doing:
Join a forward-thinking team responsible for evolving global messaging solutions, including email, SMS, and data synchronization systems.
As a Senior Business Analyst, you will bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure customer messaging aligns with strategic goals and compliance standards. You'll play a pivotal role in defining, documenting, and validating functional requirements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement innovative solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze, interpret, and document business and functional requirements.
- Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, IT teams, and third-party vendors.
- Support agile development methodologies, participating in sprints and backlog refinement.
- Drive acceptance testing, identify potential issues, and propose solutions to streamline complexity.
- Assist in developing departmental standards, processes, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with global teams to evaluate messaging architecture, ensure compliance, and address capability gaps.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
- 3+ years of experience in documenting functional business requirements and use cases.
- 1+ year of business analysis experience in application development settings (Agile, Scrum, Kanban).
- Strong problem-solving, time management, and multitasking abilities.
- Proven leadership skills and experience building cross-functional relationships.
- Independent judgment and decision-making capabilities.
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 1+ year of hands-on SQL experience.
- Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, and agile methodologies.
- Broad knowledge of enterprise business operations.
Pay: $42 – $60 /hr.
