What You Will Be Doing:
We are seeking a skilled Sr. Automation Tester with 3-5 years of experience in test automation for web applications and APIs. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a .NET Core + React stack and possess strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement test automation strategies for web applications and APIs.
- Conduct UI, API, and message-driven system testing.
- Collaborate with engineers and product teams while working independently.
- Implement test strategies from scratch in greenfield projects.
- Utilize tools such as Playwright or Cypress for UI testing.
- Use Postman or RestAssured for API testing and xUnit/NUnit for backend testing.
- Automate CI/CD processes using GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience in test automation for web applications and APIs.
- Proficiency with a .NET Core + React stack.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Hands-on experience with Playwright or Cypress (UI testing).
- Experience with Postman or RestAssured (API testing) and xUnit/NUnit (backend testing).
- Skilled in CI/CD automation tools.
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Experience working in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or other cloud environments for Dev/Test.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and practices.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Pay: $59.50 – $85.00 /hr.
