What You Will Be Doing:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented SAP HR Data Analyst to join our growing team. In this hybrid role, you will play a critical role in supporting the HR function by ensuring the accuracy and integrity of HR data within our SAP ERP system. You will collaborate closely with IT, HR stakeholders, and external vendors to maintain and enhance data interfaces, troubleshoot issues, and drive continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the execution of existing HR data interfaces, proactively identifying and resolving any errors or discrepancies.
- Collaborate with IT, HR stakeholders, and vendors to ensure timely resolution of data interface issues.
- Guide our managed service provider (MSP) in developing and implementing solutions to enhance HR data interfaces and meet evolving legal and compliance requirements.
- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders regarding data interface issues, resolution timelines, and workarounds.
- Actively participate in IT work planning sessions related to supported HR capabilities.
- Maintain a strong understanding of HR data processes and best practices.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration)
- 4-6 years of experience in SAP HR (HCM) modules (e.g., Payroll, Time Management, Organizational Management)
- Strong understanding of HR data structures, processes, and best practices
- Proven experience with data analysis, data quality, and data integrity
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Experience with data integration and interface technologies (e.g., APIs, ETL tools)
- Knowledge of HR data warehousing and reporting
- Experience with HR analytics and reporting tools
- Experience with Agile methodologies
Pay: $37.80 – $54.00 /yr.
