What You Will Be Doing:
The Release Manager oversees IT release activities, collaborating across applications, teams, and projects to ensure seamless execution of simple to moderately complex initiatives. This role involves maintaining release documentation, managing dependencies, and driving process improvements while adhering to the organization's release and change management policies.
Key Responsibilities:

Execute and close out release activities for IT functions, including applications and infrastructure.

Collaborate with team members to adhere to plans and timelines.

Maintain and archive release documentation.

Conduct post-release reviews and implement process improvements.

Communicate release updates to internal and external stakeholders.

Track progress, document accuracy, and report findings.

Source and coordinate resources for release components.

Collaborate with vendors and customers to execute tasks.

Ensure security and compliance in all activities.

Assist in process automation and service-level agreement maintenance.
Required Skills & Experience:

Strong knowledge of release and change management processes.

Experience with IT release activities in applications and infrastructure.

Proficiency in dependency management and resource coordination.

Strong communication, documentation, and reporting skills.

Familiarity with task automation tools and process improvement methodologies.
Desired Skills & Experience:

Experience in process improvement initiatives.

Familiarity with security policies and compliance standards.

Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Vendor and customer collaboration experience.
Pay: $41.30 – $59 /yr.
