What You Will Be Doing:
We are seeking a highly motivated Quality Specialist to support our R&D and manufacturing operations. In this role, you will play a critical role in ensuring product quality, safety, and regulatory compliance. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and deliver high-quality products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with quality standards, regulations, and corporate guidelines.
- Food Safety: Conduct food safety assessments, develop HACCP plans, and support risk management activities.
- Project Support: Participate in R&D projects, providing quality expertise and ensuring compliance.
- Technical Support: Provide technical assistance to factories and application groups regarding quality and regulatory matters.
- Internal Auditing: Contribute to the internal audit program, ensuring adherence to quality systems.
- Regulatory Compliance: Stay updated on regulatory requirements and ensure compliance with local and international regulations.
- Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality and efficiency.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (preferred in food science).
- Experience in project teams and quality management systems.
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Knowledge of Nestlé standards, HACCP, and rMMS.
- Experience with regulatory body engagements (e.g., FDA/USDA).
Pay: $16.98 – $24.25 /hr.
