Technology Partners is currently seeking a talented Project Manager Specialist in Marketing. Do you have experience in project and process management within an agile, high-volume agency environment? Let us help you make your next big career move a reality!

What You Will Be Doing:

We are seeking a highly organized Project Manager Specialist for a long-term contract role in St. Louis. In this position, you will lead and manage project timelines and processes for marketing campaigns, serving as a cross-functional hub coordinating internal and external teams. Your expertise in production management across print, digital, experiential, and content projects will ensure seamless delivery from kickoff through completion.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Project & Process Management: Develops, manages, and communicates project timelines, organizes kickoffs, daily standups, and status meetings, and optimizes workflows using agile principles.
  • Production Expertise: Oversees the production phase post-creative approval, ensuring accuracy in format, size, and assets across print, digital, experiential, and content media.
  • Financial Management: Manages job openings and budgets, works with account leads to scope projects, and issues purchase orders to vendors.
  • Agency/Client Service: Coordinates with internal teams, clients, and external partners, maintaining project accuracy and production requests.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of project management experience in a marketing or advertising agency.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, such as Agile.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira).
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Experience with production processes (print, digital, experiential, and content).
  • Knowledge of agency software tools (e.g., Workfront, Adobe Workfront).
  • Understanding of financial processes related to project budgeting and invoicing.

Note: This is an 18-month contract position. Candidates must be local to St. Louis, MO, and able to work onsite Monday through Thursday.
 

Pay: $27.30 – $39.00 /hr.
