What You Will Be Doing:
We seek an experienced Project Manager to join a collaborative team that aligns compensation and business strategies. This role will manage enterprise-level projects, partnering across departments to enhance processes and support firm objectives.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Project Leadership: Lead and manage project teams to achieve project objectives on time, within budget, and with high quality.
- Strategic Alignment: Ensure project alignment with firm objectives and strategy.
- Agile Methodology: Leverage Lean-Agile principles to drive efficient and effective project execution.
- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, effectively communicating project status and addressing concerns.
- Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to minimize potential impacts.
- Change Management: Proactively manage change requests and adapt to evolving project requirements.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and present regular project status reports and performance metrics.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 3-5 years of strong strategic project management experience at the enterprise level
- Proven track record of successful project delivery
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.)
- Excellent organizational, planning, and time management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project)
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Experience in the financial services industry
- MBA or graduate degree
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- Agile certifications (e.g., Scrum Master, Certified Scrum Product Owner)
- ProSci Change Management Certification
Pay: $56 – $80 /hr.
