Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations for multiple projects.
• Monitor project performance using appropriate tools, report on progress, and adjust plans accordingly.
• Manage scope, schedule, and budget changes through established verification techniques.
• Facilitate communication with clients and stakeholders to clarify requirements and report project status.
• Perform risk management activities to identify and minimize potential project risks.
• Lead project meetings, including planning sessions and standups, especially within Agile environments.
• Track project outcomes against goals and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
• Document project processes, create diagrams, and maintain spreadsheets to support transparency.
• Support continuous improvement by analyzing project performance and proposing enhancements.

Required Skills & Experience:
• 3+ years of experience in project management or related fields.
• Proven experience managing medium to large-scale projects using both waterfall and Agile methodologies.
• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification required.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact with clients and internal teams effectively.
• Excellent organizational skills with great attention to detail and multitasking capabilities.
• Proficiency in project management tools, spreadsheets, and diagramming software.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Project Management, or a related discipline.
• High School Diploma or equivalent and a valid driver's license.

Desired Skills & Experience:
• Experience working in a technical or IT project environment.
• Advanced certifications such as Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) or ScrumMaster (CSM).
