Technology Partners is currently seeking a talented Project Manager – Field Force Deployment.

What You Will Be Doing:
This role reports directly to the Executive Director of Field Force Deployment and supports the planning, execution, and operational readiness of high-impact commercial initiatives. You will act as a central coordination partner, ensuring that timelines, dependencies, and documentation for new product launches, territory alignments, and incentive compensation plans are managed with rigor and consistency. By owning project administration and operational discipline, you enable senior leaders to focus on strategy and decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Portfolio & Initiative Management: Support Commercial Operations initiatives including field sizing, launch readiness, and integrated project plans.
- Commercial Launch Readiness: Coordinate cross-functional activities across Marketing, IT, Finance, and Analytics to track launch deliverables and risks.
- GTM & Alignment Support: Provide project management for field sizing, targeting/segmentation cycles, and quarterly business planning.
- Incentive Compensation (IC) Execution: Coordinate IC plan design and administration timelines in partnership with HR, Payroll, and Legal.
- Operational Excellence: Own day-to-day execution activities including RAID logs, status dashboards, and action item management.
- Collaboration Management: Develop meeting agendas, coordinate logistics, and serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholder alignment.
- Documentation & Compliance: Maintain SharePoint/Teams repositories with strong version control and ensure SOP compliance.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 2–5 years of experience in project coordination, project management, or operations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) and PM tools like SharePoint, Project, Smartsheet, or Jira.
- Strong organizational skills with a focus on consistency, follow-through, and high attention to detail.
- Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills suitable for senior stakeholders.
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Exposure to cross-functional work within a pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare organization.
- Specific experience supporting Go-to-Market (GTM), field operations, or commercial launch initiatives.
- An advanced degree is preferred.
Pay: $67.90 – $97.00 / hr.
