What You Will Be Doing:
We are seeking a proactive and independent Project Manager to lead and execute enterprise SaaS implementation projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong planning, execution, and communication skills, and will be comfortable driving projects with minimal direction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Independently plan, execute, and communicate all phases of assigned projects.
- Gather information and develop comprehensive project plans.
- Facilitate discussions and provide clear updates on project progress, status, and action items.
- Identify and manage project dependencies.
- Proactively identify and manage project risks and issues.
- Schedule and facilitate meetings and conversations with stakeholders.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong organizational, facilitation, and communication skills.
- Experience managing complex projects and cross-functional teams.
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within scope.
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Experience with enterprise-grade CRM implementations (such as HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.) is a plus but not required.
- If CRM experience: Must have completed at least one full-cycle CRM implementation.
- If no CRM experience: Must have led 2–3 other enterprise-grade SaaS product implementations, each with a minimum duration of 6 months.
Pay: $54.60 – $78.00 /hr.
