What You Will Be Doing:
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to oversee and drive successful project execution. This role involves coordinating resources, managing timelines, and ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and within scope. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a solid background in project management methodologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Coordination: Manage internal teams and third-party vendors to execute projects flawlessly.
- Timeline & Budget Management: Ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within scope, and within budget constraints.
- Scope Definition: Assist in defining project objectives, ensuring stakeholder alignment and technical feasibility.
- Resource Allocation: Ensure optimal resource availability and utilization for project success.
- Project Planning: Develop and maintain detailed project plans, tracking progress and adjusting as necessary.
- Change & Risk Management: Monitor and mitigate risks while managing scope, schedule, and cost adjustments.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between clients, teams, and management, ensuring transparency and alignment.
- Performance Monitoring: Use key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting tools to measure project success.
- Process Documentation: Create and maintain detailed process documentation, including spreadsheets, diagrams, and reports.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Project Management, or a related field.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification required.
- Proven experience in project management, with a strong track record of leading successful projects.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage clients and stakeholders effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and multitasking ability.
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Experience working with Agile and PDM methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
Pay: $50.25 – $67.25 /yr.
