Technology Partners is currently seeking a talented Technical Product Manager.
Do you have experience owning product strategy, managing roadmaps, and driving execution for internal platforms using Agile methodologies and cloud-native technologies?

Let us help you make your next big career move a reality!

What You Will Be Doing:
You will serve as a key member of the Digital Farming Solutions (DFS) Customer Enablement team, responsible for the product vision, strategy, and delivery of internal shared services within the FieldView platform domain. In this high-autonomy, high-ownership role, you will act as the strategic owner of platforms such as identity and access infrastructure, working closely with cross-functional teams to reduce technical burden, align technical and business goals, and facilitate organization-wide adoption. You will collaborate with architects, security teams, and engineering leaders to ensure technical decisions are well-documented and aligned with enterprise standards. Additionally, you will drive iterative improvement by monitoring platform success metrics and advocating for continuous enhancements that improve developer experience and operational efficiency. This position is classified as a 6-month contract.

Key Responsibilities:
• Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for internal platform capabilities, such as identity management and authorization services.
• Develop high-quality features and user stories that clearly define scope, measurable outcomes, and acceptance criteria.
• Lead feature and story decomposition to ensure clear, prioritized, and actionable work items for delivery teams.
• Partner with architects and engineers during technical design reviews, providing clarity to reduce focal points for senior engineers.
• Facilitate SAFe PI Planning preparation, maintaining a well-refined, prioritized backlog ready for execution.
• Document platform capabilities, guardrails, and onboarding procedures to support adoption and scale.
• Engage regularly with stakeholder teams across ARTs, communicating platform capabilities, roadmap updates, and migration strategies.
• Drive adoption metrics and measure developer satisfaction by identifying friction points and actively supporting platform enhancement efforts.
• Monitor operational metrics such as platform adoption, incident rates, and integration times to inform continuous improvements.

Required Skills & Experience:
• 5+ years of experience as a Technical Product Manager, Product Owner, or a similar role in software or platform engineering.
• Proven experience owning and executing product strategy for internal platform or shared service products.
• Strong technical fluency in identity and access management concepts (OAuth, OIDC, SAML, RBAC, ABAC).
• Ability to read and reason about source code, review pull requests, and participate in technical discussions.
• Skilled in writing high-quality product artifacts, including features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Proficiency with Agile backlog management tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, or Rally.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
• Self-starter with demonstrated initiative and experience working in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
• Additional certification or experience in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.

Desired Skills & Experience:
• Experience working within Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) with PI Planning and ART ceremonies.
• Background in cloud-native solutions, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure-as-code.
• Familiarity with identity providers like Okta, Auth0, or Azure AD, and security compliance standards such as SOC 2 or ISO 27001.
• Knowledge of platform adoption strategies, onboarding processes, and migration playbooks.
• Proficiency with AI tools and observability platforms (e.g., Datadog, AI-assisted workflows).
