What You Will Be Doing:
- Join a dynamic product team dedicated to enhancing the experience of sales teams in the NA-ANZ region
- Create best-in-class experiences that prioritize the needs and expectations of the sales force, ultimately supporting agricultural professionals in their success
- Collaborate across diverse roles to meet the unique needs of the sales journey, combining your skills with teammates to deliver end-to-end solutions
- Shape the future of farming technology and set new standards for excellence in the agricultural industry
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Management: Drive overall product success throughout the lifecycle from conception to decommissioning, identifying domain needs, developing and validating product concepts, and building business cases
- Strategic Leadership: Provide end-to-end ownership for assigned products with strategic planning, decision making, and influencing skills to balance user and stakeholder needs
- Agile Best Practices: Drive agile methodologies with teams to improve delivery, including continuous sprint planning and co-creating user stories aligned with product backlog prioritization
- Stakeholder Engagement: Identify and manage key stakeholder groups, building trust while ensuring product delivery meets user needs and realizes business value
- Product Discovery & Delivery: Create comprehensive product roadmaps, track progress against 90-day outcomes, manage product delivery, and backlog prioritization
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with product development, engineering, marketing, finance, legal, operations, and sales teams to ensure cohesive progress
- User Experience Focus: Monitor user feedback and metrics to co-create solutions that drive better user experience and deliver business value using Design Thinking methodology
- Team Development: Mentor junior product managers to improve product management and agile practices across the community
Required Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or similar OR minimum 4 years equivalent practical experience
- 3+ years of relevant experience as a product manager
- 2+ years of experience with Agile software development and DevOps
- Strong strategic planning and decision-making abilities
- Experience managing product backlogs and prioritizing work for development squads
- Understanding of product domain, related technology, and architecture
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment (onsite 2-3 days per week)

Desired Skills & Experience:
- Demonstrated ability to lead through influence initiatives involving cross-functional teams from initiation to delivery
- Experience with Design Thinking, user-centered design, and user analysis
- Ability to establish and manage initiatives against key metrics and goals
- Strong analytical, management, and organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities with both technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience building product vision, product roadmap, and product strategy
- Proven experience designing, developing, delivering, or leading digital solutions
- Market opportunity identification and competitive analysis experience
- Sales enablement and domain performance monitoring experience
- Agricultural or farming industry knowledge
Pay: $45.50 – $65.00 /hr.
