What You Will Be Doing:
The Operations Specialist role focuses on managing and optimizing daily operational processes to ensure efficiency and compliance. You will engage in proactive problem-solving, utilize your organizational skills, and adapt in a fast-paced environment to support overall business performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize daily operational processes to ensure efficiency.
- Perform thorough data validation and reconciliation tasks.
- Develop and implement operational procedures and policies.
- Prepare and present detailed operational reports.
- Collaborate across teams to support business performance and resolve issues.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 3–6 years of experience in the financial services industry.
- Proven background in data validation and reconciliation.
- Basic knowledge of investment securities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and stay organized.
- Experience in developing and implementing operational procedures and policies.
- High school diploma required.
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (preferred).
- Familiarity with industry best practices and regulations.
- Experience preparing and presenting operational reports.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Knowledge of process improvement methodologies.
- Prior experience working in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated passion for problem solving and working collaboratively.
Pay: $23.46 – $33.51 /hr.
