Technology Partners is currently seeking a talented Operational Change Manager. Do you have experience managing change within enterprise asset management (EAM) environments, particularly IBM Maximo? Let us help you make your next big career move a reality!
What You Will Be Doing:
We seek a skilled Operational Change Manager to support the successful implementation and user adoption of an upgraded Maximo system. This role will be instrumental in guiding change efforts across the organization, working with Operations leadership, technical teams, and end-users to ensure seamless operational transitions. When not engaged in full-time change management duties, the Change Manager may assist in project management or business analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage change management plans for the Maximo upgrade, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand needs, facilitate training, and drive engagement.
- Perform change assessments and define new processes, where applicable, to enhance adoption.
- Support project management or business analysis activities during periods with lower OCM workload.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Organizational Development, IT, or related field.
- 5+ years in change management, ideally within the utility or public sector, with enterprise asset management (EAM) systems like IBM Maximo.
- Deep understanding of utility operations, asset management, and maintenance.
- Experience with project management tools and practices.
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Change management certification (e.g., Prosci, ACMP).
- Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Problem-solving ability in dynamic project environments.
- Familiarity with designing new processes and improving existing ones.
Pay: $42.70 – $61.00 /hr.
