Technology Partners is currently seeking a talented Operating System Automation Engineer.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • We are looking for an Operating System Automation Engineer to join our OS development team. This role is essential for building and distributing in-house operating systems and product images for medical device software. You will work closely with development, cybersecurity, and product teams, managing a dynamic array of tasks and deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Integrate JFrog Artifactory with CI/CD pipelines to automate artifact management workflows and streamline software delivery.

  • Collaborate with product team members and stakeholders to deliver on agreed timelines.

  • Create new scripts and programs to eliminate manual intervention in the build process.

  • Analyze current procedures and seek innovative automation solutions.

  • Research effective methods to address third-party software usage.

  • Manage monthly updates, conduct vulnerability scans, and implement necessary fixes.

  • Participate in sprints to achieve assigned tasks.

  • Assist in researching future builds and process updates.

  • Support other OS team members with legacy systems as needed.

  • Communicate progress towards assigned goals.

  • Support verification and validation (VnV) testing by addressing assigned incident tickets.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, with 2+ years of experience preferred.

  • Strong understanding of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of interacting effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Hands-on experience with JFrog Artifactory, including repository management and integration with CI/CD tools like Jenkins and GitHub Actions.

  • Strong knowledge of Windows systems (Windows 7/10/11/Server) is a must.

  • Proficiency in C#, C++, PowerShell, YAML, and Batch languages.

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Experience with Ansible, AWS, and AutoIT/Terraform.

  • Familiarity with both Windows and Linux operating systems..

Pay: $54.60 – $78 /yr.
