What You Will Be Doing:
We are seeking a skilled Microsoft Dynamics CRM Business/Functional Analyst with experience in the Mining/Heavy Industries and Sales and Marketing CRM implementation. The ideal candidate will lead CRM-Dynamics initiatives, gather business requirements, design CRM modules, and bridge business and IT teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyze business requirements for CRM implementations.
- Collaborate with business and IT teams to bridge the gap between needs and technical capabilities.
- Design and configure Microsoft Dynamics CRM modules, including sales and marketing.
- Facilitate design meetings and workshops with stakeholders.
- Work closely with the technical team to develop and implement solutions.
- Support testing efforts and provide training to end-users.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 8-10 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM implementation, focusing on sales and marketing modules.
- 8-10 years of experience as a Business/Functional Analyst.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, marketing, business administration, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of business processes, particularly within the Mining/Heavy industries.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics CRM and related tools.
- Fluency in English, with French a plus.
Pay: $58.80 – $84 /hr.
