What You Will Be Doing:
We are seeking an experienced Marketing Project Manager to oversee the development and execution of updates to marketing materials across various channels, including web, print, digital, and social media. This role requires expertise in project management methodologies, tools like Adobe Workfront, and effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will drive efficient processes, ensure timely delivery, and provide solutions to challenges while maintaining high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and execute project plans for updating hundreds of marketing materials across multiple channels, including web, print, digital, and social using waterfall, agile, and hybrid project planning methodologies.
- Works cross-functionally with internal (creative & digital) and external (creative, digital, agencies, freelancers) partners to lead the successful planning, development, and delivery of updated materials.
- Develops and leads holistic, detailed project and resource plans including timeline, and contingencies, for production design, creative vendors, and publishing parties’ execution
- Communicates project status, key milestones, risks, and dependencies to keep team, strategic partners, business areas, and leadership informed, and aligned, and to drive timely decisions.
- Anticipates and provides solutions to issues and risks by understanding and sharing impact on deliverables, costs, resources, and schedules with team and key stakeholders
- Utilize project and workflow management technologies (Workfront and Excel) to gather, track, and report project details, including data entry
Required Skills & Experience:
- Advanced expertise in Adobe Workfront.
- 5+ years' experience in project management within a creative agency or in-house marketing environment.
- Proficiency in waterfall and agile methodologies.
- Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, Business, or equivalent work experience.
- Proven ability to manage high-volume initiatives with strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse stakeholders.
- Highly motivated, results-oriented, and adaptable to change.
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
Pay: $59.50 – $85.00 /hr.
