Technology Partners is currently seeking a talented Marketing Coordinator.

What You Will Be Doing:
This role is responsible for managing marketing projects, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and developing engaging marketing materials that enhance brand visibility and alignment with business goals. The ideal candidate is a proactive, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and is eager to learn and take ownership of projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Marketing Communications support for the Crop Science Traits and Systems portfolio.
- Manage marketing projects in collaboration with the marketing team, field sales team, agencies, and other stakeholders.
- Demonstrate initiative and a strong understanding of the marketing communications process.
- Work efficiently with cross-functional teams to accomplish goals, objectives, and complete time-sensitive requests.
- Attend meetings for relevant projects as aligned with the MarComm Manager.
- Develop, create, and produce marketing content such as one-pagers, brochures, presentations, guides, and videos.
- Maintain a solutions-oriented mindset and strong attention to detail.
- Prioritize workload effectively to ensure all deadlines are met.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree with 3–5 years of marketing or sales experience.
- Strong project management skills.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated initiative and understanding of the marketing communications process.
- Ability to work efficiently and collaborate with cross-functional teams to complete time-sensitive requests.
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Video editing capabilities (experience with Adobe Premiere is preferred).
- Outgoing, detail-oriented personality with a proactive attitude and desire to learn.
- Ability to take initiative on projects and ask thoughtful questions to support continuous improvement.
Pay: $25.90 – $37.00 /hr.
