What You Will Be Doing:
The Lab assistance supports the R&D senior scientists by preparing samples for external testing, submitting samples to the labs, uploading results and preparing documentation, and collecting information to support risk assessment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sample Management: Prepare and submit samples for external testing, ensuring accuracy and adherence to quality standards.
- Data Management: Upload and organize laboratory results, track sample stability, and generate comprehensive reports.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, including protocols, procedures, and test results.
- Quality Assurance: Adhere to quality systems and regulations, ensuring compliance and data integrity.
- Collaboration: Work closely with R&D scientists to support their research efforts.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in microbiology, chemistry, or food technology.
- Experience with quality systems and analytical tools.
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience in a laboratory or analytical environment.
Pay: $15.65 – $22.36 /hr.
