What You Will Be Doing:
- Hiring Tracker Optimization: Streamline and standardize hiring trackers, ensuring efficient management of critical new hires and insourcing/outsourcing plans.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Collaborate with ITLT to develop comprehensive hiring reports, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
- Process Improvement: Define and implement standardized processes for hiring tracker updates, ensuring timely communication and efficient operations.
- Compensation and Grading: Lead a project to optimize India's compensation and grading structure, aligning with market trends and internal equity.
- Talent Management Strategy: Partner with a strategic consultant to develop long-term plans for IT talent management and capacity planning.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Project Management: Proven ability to manage complex projects, set timelines, and deliver results.
- Data Analysis: Strong analytical skills to analyze large datasets, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations.
- Process Improvement: Experience in designing and implementing efficient processes and workflows.
- Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with HR systems and tools (e.g., Workday, SuccessFactors).
- Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner.
Pay: $72.10 – $103 /hr.
