Technology Partners is currently seeking a talented IT Talent Management Specialist. Do you have experience in project management and managing complex hiring and compensation workflows? Let us help you make your next big career move a reality!

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Hiring Tracker Optimization: Streamline and standardize hiring trackers, ensuring efficient management of critical new hires and insourcing/outsourcing plans.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Collaborate with ITLT to develop comprehensive hiring reports, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
  • Process Improvement: Define and implement standardized processes for hiring tracker updates, ensuring timely communication and efficient operations.
  • Compensation and Grading: Lead a project to optimize India's compensation and grading structure, aligning with market trends and internal equity.
  • Talent Management Strategy: Partner with a strategic consultant to develop long-term plans for IT talent management and capacity planning.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Project Management: Proven ability to manage complex projects, set timelines, and deliver results.
  • Data Analysis: Strong analytical skills to analyze large datasets, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Process Improvement: Experience in designing and implementing efficient processes and workflows.
  • Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with HR systems and tools (e.g., Workday, SuccessFactors).
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner.

Pay: $72.10 – $103 /hr.
