What You Will Be Doing:
We are seeking a technically skilled and proactive IT Infrastructure Engineer to manage and optimize the tech that powers our CloudClinics.
In this role, you’ll take charge of networking, device management, and troubleshooting to support seamless clinic operations. Your expertise in maintaining infrastructure, provisioning devices, and scaling our technology will be essential as we continue to grow.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage networking functions and device management across CloudClinics and staff devices.
- Provision devices and applications for all CloudClinic operations and remote staff.
- Identify and resolve sources of unusual system behavior and support requests.
- Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure remotely, ensuring all systems are optimized and scalable.
- Automate deployment processes and improve system scalability.
- Work closely with product, operations, and clinical teams to support ongoing IT needs.
- Travel within the U.S. for CloudClinic deployments and network setup as needed.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience in a fast-paced, agile IT environment.
- Strong knowledge of computer and networking hardware, including routers, modems, access points, and firewalls.
- Proficiency with TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, Active Directory, Google Workspace, and VPN management.
- Experience with Mac, Linux, and Windows OS environments.
- Proficient in troubleshooting hardware/software issues.
- Familiarity with shell/bash scripting; Python experience preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Highly motivated and eager to learn in a dynamic, tech-driven environment.
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Familiarity with Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions.
- Experience with automation in IT environments.
- Knowledge of deployment operations for multi-site networking.
- Experience in the healthcare or clinical sector is a plus.
Pay: $56,000.00 – $80,000.00 /yr.
