Technology Partners is currently seeking a talented Human Capital Records Administrator.

What You Will Be Doing:
As a Human Capital Records Administrator, you will maintain accurate employment records, process key HR transactions, and ensure data integrity and security standards compliance. This includes handling personnel files, managing rehire and transfer eligibility checks, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct rehire and transfer eligibility checks through detailed research.

Maintain and manage electronic personnel files.

Organize and process incoming documents.

Audit data for accuracy and ensure 24-48 hour turnaround on tasks.

Resolve issues related to HR records processing.

Act as the point of contact for personnel file and eligibility inquiries.
Required Skills & Experience:

Strong investigative skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication.

Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Internet browsers.

Experience with HRMS systems like PeopleSoft.

Ability to maintain data integrity and adapt to technical information.
Desired Skills & Experience:

Customer service orientation.

Familiarity with auditing processes.

Experience with handling employee lifecycle records (new hires, terminations, pay increases).
Pay: $21.50 – $30.72 /yr.
