What You Will Be Doing:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our HR Records Management Team. This role is crucial for maintaining accurate and up-to-date employment records for all company personnel, including processing various employee lifecycle events and ensuring the integrity and security of personnel data and organizational structures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough research and investigation to complete Rehire and Transfer Eligibility Checks, arriving at clear conclusions.
- Maintain electronic personnel files with high accuracy and process all file requests promptly.
- Organize, sort, and distribute all incoming physical and digital HR documents.
- Ensure the integrity of HR data through regular auditing and verification processes.
- Accountable for meeting strict processing turnaround times, typically within 24-48 hours.
- Troubleshoot and resolve problems or questions related to HR record processing and data.
- Act as a point of contact, providing excellent customer service for inquiries related to electronic personnel files and eligibility requests.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Excellent investigative and research skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to provide clear, thorough answers and instructions (avoiding vague or closed responses).
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Proven ability to multi-task effectively and manage deliverables in a timely manner.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Experience using web browsers such as Internet Explorer, Edge, or Chrome.
- Demonstrated ability to learn and apply technical information relevant to HR processes.
- Strong commitment to maintaining data integrity at all times.
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Prior experience using PeopleSoft HRMS.
- Previous experience in an HR records management or similar administrative role.
Pay: $9.10 – $13.00 /hr.
