Technology Partners is currently seeking a talented Human Resources Generalist.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • We are looking for a dedicated Human Resources Generalist to manage a variety of HR tasks, including organizing training sessions, administering employee benefits, and crafting HR policies. This role requires proficiency in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) to maintain up-to-date and confidential employee records while serving as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries on HR-related matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer company human resource plans and procedures; assist in developing and implementing personnel policies and procedures.
  • Prepare and maintain the employee handbook and HR policies.
  • Administer the compensation program and monitor the performance evaluation program.
  • Perform benefits administration, including claims resolution, change reporting, approving invoices, and communicating benefit information to employees.
  • Develop and maintain the affirmative action program; handle reporting and record maintenance.
  • Provide employee relations counseling, outplacement counseling, and exit interviewing.
  • Maintain HRIS records and compile reports as needed.
  • Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes.
  • Conduct employee onboarding and organize training and development initiatives.
  • Support employees with HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation, resolving any issues that arise.
  • Gather and analyze data using useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates.
  • Organize quarterly and annual employee performance reviews.
  • Maintain employee files and records in both electronic and paper formats.
  • Ensure compliance with labor regulations.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Education: Degree in Human Resources Management, Human Resources Development, Business, or a related discipline.

  • Experience: Proven experience in a generalist HR role, with a strong understanding of HR practices and procedures.

  • Certifications: HR Certification Institute certifications are a plus, such as Professional in Human Resources (PHR), Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), or Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR).

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to handle sensitive issues with discretion.

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Experience in employee relations and conflict resolution.

  • Familiarity with labor laws and regulations.

  • Knowledge of compensation and benefits administration.

  • Experience in data analysis and reporting for HR metrics.

  • Ability to develop and implement training programs.

Pay: $18.06 – $25.80 /yr.
