Technology Partners is currently seeking a talented HR Administrative Support Specialist. Do you have experience managing high-volume HR transactions and proficiency in handling employee inquiries, onboarding tasks, and payroll/timekeeping issues? What You Will Be Doing:
We are looking for an HR Administrative Support Specialist to provide support across various HR functional areas such as data entry, personnel records, and training. The role requires maintaining confidentiality and a solid understanding of federal laws related to HR and payroll. You will process applications, manage employment records, and assist with HR communications. Additionally, you will support New Hire Orientations and liaise between HR teams and factory/field personnel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process various HR forms and documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Maintain employee records and files, including I-9 verifications.
- Coordinate new hire orientations and onboarding processes.
- Provide administrative support to HR operations and business partners.
- Assist with HR projects and initiatives as needed.
Required Skills & Experience:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
- 3+ years of customer service experience
- 1+ years of HR experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Power Platform
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Pay: $15.55 – $22.21 /hr.
