What You Will Be Doing:
We are seeking a Full Stack Developer with expertise in TypeScript, Node, and React to design and develop software systems for automated machinery in a fast-paced R&D environment. The ideal candidate will create databases, manage SQL queries, and design JSON APIs to support agricultural research. The role requires onsite presence three days a week in Marana, AZ, and involves work in greenhouse environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, debug, and support software for automated systems.
- Design relational databases and develop SQL queries and JSON APIs.
- Collaborate on product design and specifications.
- Enhance and maintain software in support of R&D projects.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 5+ years in programming, database design, or server administration.
- Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript (2+ years), SQL, and JSON API development.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable with high-temperature, high-humidity greenhouse conditions.
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Experience with Git, GitHub Actions, Docker, and CI tools.
Pay: $63 – $90 /hr.
