Technology Partners is currently seeking a talented Full-Stack Software Engineer.

What You Will Be Doing:
In this role, the engineer will be involved in all aspects of requirements gathering, design, development, and support of software products. You will have true cradle-to-grave ownership of software products. Teams use
There are three different teams you could potentially be placed on, with the manager determining the best fit upon hire.

Team 1: Field Activities — This team builds digital solutions for farmers, scientists, and partners, including tools for planning activities, staging chemical sprays, and managing experimental observations. They serve both internal and external users.

Team 2: Protocol & Experiment Planning — This team creates capabilities for scientists and planners to define their protocol plans in a centralized system. The focus is on enhancing and launching apps for crop protection teams who test new chemical formulations.
- Team 3: Material Creation Planning — This team develops capabilities for material creation through breeding and lab processes. They're currently building a new application for laboratory processes and backend data orchestration for physical plant creation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and build full-stack applications using React, APIs, and microservices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define new features and enhancements.
- Review code to enforce best practices and improve team development standards.
- Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines and cloud-based infrastructure (AWS preferred).
- Drive continuous improvement in agile product development processes.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in full-stack software development (5+ years for senior-level).
- Proficiency in React for UI development and modern frameworks for API development.
- Experience building APIs and microservices.
- Knowledge of cloud-based architectures (AWS strongly preferred).
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in agile teams.
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Industry experience in agriculture, crop science, or life sciences.
- Hands-on experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
- Relevant certifications such as AWS Certified Developer or similar.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams.
Pay: $70.00 – $100.00 /hr.
