Technology Partners is currently seeking a talented Field Service Technician.

What You Will Be Doing:
You will provide on-site equipment service for a portfolio of advanced radiology equipment, including preventive maintenance, emergency service, and installation support. You will be responsible for ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction while achieving business objectives through technical excellence and promoting service programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive maintenance, repairs, and installations at end-user customer sites in accordance with approved procedures and documentation.
- Effectively troubleshoot and repair technically complex equipment utilizing provided resources and technical knowledge.
- Organize daily work schedules and coordinate with territory teammates to ensure efficient regional operations.
- Maintain mobile inventory, including organizing and re-ordering parts to maximize equipment up-time and ensuring the proper return of defective inventory.
- Generate service revenue by promoting service programs and billable services, working with inside sales teams to develop quotes and finalize sales with purchasing agents.
- Identify and communicate sales leads for new products or product upgrade opportunities to the respective sales representatives.
- Complete work orders accurately to ensure customer billing aligns with company policies, and maintain company work vehicles and assigned calibration tools.
- Safeguard proprietary information, including service manuals, diagnostic software, and specialized equipment.
Required Skills & Experience:
- High school diploma or GED with 3 years of applicable experience and relevant training/certifications.
- Demonstrated competency in performing operational verification procedures, preventive maintenance, and repairs on various technical equipment.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, self-directed environment with strong skills in prioritizing and organizing work activities.
- Strong verbal and written communication competencies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to learn company-specific workforce and CRM software.
- Ability to travel within the assigned territory (up to 70%) locally and regionally, including some overnight stays.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and emergency off-hours to support a 24/7 schedule.
- Physical ability to lift/push over 50 pounds and stand, walk, bend, or kneel for extended periods.
- Must hold a current, valid, and unrestricted driver's license.
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Associate degree in electronics, mechanical engineering, biomedical equipment technology, IT networking, or computer science.
- Equivalent military training in electronics, aviation, IT, or computer science with 2 years of applicable experience.
- Prior work experience in a hospital setting or a customer-facing service role.
- Familiarity with radiology equipment or medical imaging technology.
- Experience in technical sales or service contract promotion.
Pay: $42.00 – $60.00 /hr.
