What You Will Be Doing:
We are seeking an FA Photo Coordinator to manage the firm's Financial Advisors (FA) Photo Program. This role is critical in ensuring that all profile photos meet established brand and technical standards, coordinating with branch teams, photographers, and IT to maintain brand consistency across all channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the FA photo program, from collection to distribution.
- Partner with branch teams to ensure photos align with the firm's brand.
- Review and approve or reject photo submissions based on established standards.
- Perform quality assurance checks and troubleshoot issues.
- Coordinate with the firm photographer and IT team for new photo submissions.
- Provide timely support to branch associates and address their concerns.
Required Skills & Experience:
- High school diploma
- 3-5 years of customer service experience
- Strong decision-making skills aligned with program requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to balance personal preferences with brand standards
- High attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
- Adaptability to change and willingness to receive feedback
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Familiar with digital asset management best practices
- Experience in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, or Creative environments is highly preferred
- High-level understanding of basic principles of quality photography
Pay: $17.78 – $25.40 /hr.
