What You Will Be Doing:
We are looking for a skilled Enterprise Project Manager to ensure the achievement of cross-functional programs and projects. The ideal candidate will lead the planning, organization, management, execution, and delivery of large enterprise project initiatives involving multiple stakeholders and business units.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure successful achievement of cross-functional programs and projects.
- Lead the planning, organization, management, execution, and delivery of large enterprise project initiatives.
- Act as a trusted partner to all stakeholders, ensuring alignment as changes occur.
- Perform project and change management responsibilities across multiple business functions.
- Integrate smoothly with established Project Management within functional areas.
- Define responsibilities and accountabilities for key program/project goals.
- Collaborate with Project Managers, department heads, and leaders in various functional areas.
- Implement best practices in project methodology and framework across technical and functional areas.
- Develop transition plans with business units, including ongoing success measures.
- Review project deliverables for accuracy and provide assistance and mentoring to others.
- Manage client expectations, issues, and changes appropriately.
- Coordinate resource needs and manage assigned resources across projects.
- Drive and track program/project milestones.
- Establish major milestones, dependencies, and overarching schedules.
- Provide accurate forecasting of project capital and resources.
- Quantify project risks and articulate impacts to the business while developing mitigation strategies.
- Deliver projects within scope, on time, and within budget.
- Strategize to understand organizational strengths and corporate vision, identifying integration points within programs or projects.
Required Skills & Experience:
- PMP Certification.
- Agile Certification or experience working with Agile methodologies.
- Change Management experience.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Experience in leading large enterprise project initiatives.
- Familiarity with project management software and tools.
- Ability to mentor and guide team members effectively.
- Experience in cross-functional team collaboration.
Pay: $41.30 – $59.00 /hr.
