Technology Partners is currently seeking a talented Engineer 2, MS Teams & Endpoint Technology.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • We are seeking an experienced Engineer 2 to join our team, responsible for utilizing your technical expertise to solve complex business challenges. As a subject matter expert, you will evaluate technology effectiveness through requirements gathering, testing, and research, making recommendations for improvements that enhance quality and effectiveness. You will also assess customer needs to provide high-quality solutions that meet their expectations.

  • In this role, you will troubleshoot issues, handle escalations, perform trend analysis, and identify and implement process enhancements to eliminate recurring issues. Collaboration with internal teams, customers, and vendors will be essential, particularly in administering Microsoft Teams, Teams Rooms, Teams Direct Routing, and Operator Connect PSTN technology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and support Microsoft Teams and Teams Rooms, ensuring optimal performance.

  • Manage and troubleshoot Teams Direct Routing and Operator Connect technology.

  • Analyze call quality issues using MS Call Analytics and Call Quality Dashboard (CQD).

  • Diagnose and resolve call failures in Teams Direct Routing and Operator Connect environments.

  • Configure Resource Accounts, Auto Attendants, and Call Queues.

  • Troubleshoot issues related to Teams phones and headsets.

  • Create and maintain documentation for system configurations and support activities.

  • Collaborate with peers and utilize internal tools to deliver effective solutions to customer issues.

  • Automate tasks and identify opportunities for process improvements.

  • Provide support during normal business hours, with flexibility for after-hours work and on-call rotation.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

  • 3+ years of experience in a related role.

  • Strong knowledge and proficiency in administering Microsoft Teams and Teams Rooms.

  • Expertise in Teams Operator Connect and Direct Routing technology.

  • Experience troubleshooting call quality issues using MS Call Analytics and CQD.

  • Familiarity with configuring Resource Accounts, Auto Attendants, and Call Queues.

  • Proficient in diagnosing Teams phone and headset issues.

  • Experience with Microsoft 365 cloud and internal environments.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-demand environment.

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.

  • Experience with AudioCodes phones.

  • Familiarity with ATT API Marketplace.

  • Experience managing analog gateways and associated cabling/connections.

  • Basic knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, command line).

  • Experience with Splunk is a plus.

  • Working knowledge of JIRA.

Pay: $49 – $70 /hr.
